I need my man to come around
Hold me till the sun goes down
Wake together at the dawn
But in the morning he's always gone
But in the morning he's always gone
Dreamer, dreamer you've met your man but
Schemer, Schemer you can't find him
When all you heart is the crackled voice
You never really had a choice
You never really had a choice
Oh I dreamt of fire beyond the fever
I made ill of a nonbeliever
I fuck myself and moan in the receiver
I'm a lovesick woman and I don't wanna be
I'm a lovesick woman and I don't wanna be
I burn and burn all through the night
Pushing through just to see the light
Wishing and wanting for something more
But my fingers can't find the chords
But my fingers can't find the chords
Oh I dreamt of fire beyond the fever
I made ill of a nonbeliever
I fuck myself and moan in the receiver
I'm a lovesick woman and I don't wanna be
I'm a lovesick woman and I don't wanna be
I roll all my coins
And I'll sell off my loins
And I'll run beyond the moon
Until we're safe and sound my dear we'll
be together soon
Oh I dreamt of fire beyond the fever
I made ill of a nonbeliever
I fuck myself and moan in the receiver
I'm a lovesick woman and I don't wanna be
I'm a lovesick woman and I don't wanna be
Well... Like some people here, I never really liked that song! However, this is *so* much better than the original, for all the reasons already listed by deluded_marxist! The depth of feelings here, especially from the vocals but also the slow music, really is on a whole other level! Thanks to Tara Tantrum for taking me here! Highly recommended!!! bmurator

I happened upon Tuba Skinny and Erika L buskin’ in New Orleans on YouTube! I have Loved them ever since and play their albums daily! As a musician and band member in Canada, I can say that Tuba Skinny and their soulful renditions touched my soul in ways that have uplifted my life. We in the “great White North” can only dream of making New Orleans jazz like T S. Long Live Tuba Skinny and may their music become world wide for the enjoyment of all!! Davey1
